Celestial Seasonings Natural Tea

I started drinking tea when I learned of all the health benefits associated with tea. I tried several different flavors and brands and I liked most of them. But before I knew it I had fallen in love with Celestial Seasonings.

Little did I know that they have been around for nearly 40 years providing the public with 100% natural teas. Nor did I know they use over 70 different fruits to bring out the flavors in their teas. All I knew was that I enjoyed their wide variety of flavored, unflavored, herbal, caffeinated, and decaffeinated teas.

My first favorite was the Sleepytime…it always helped me to relax before bedtime, and sleep better at night. I find the Tension Tamer helps to relax as well, but the taste is something to get used to.

Next I tried the Acai Mango Zinger, Bengal Spice, Cinnamon Apple Spice, and Peppermint. I soon discovered the Bengal Spice, Cinnamon Apple Spice and Peppermint were liked by those who normally do not consume tea.

Amongst their white teas Perfectly Pear and Vanilla Apple are definitely my favorites!

I won't forget the day I tried the Lemon Zinger and Wildberry Zinger, which came in a sampler pack that I had bought. I fell in love immediately! A sampler pack consists of five different flavors, and 4 bags of each flavor. This is a great way to try new teas…or just to have a variety on hand.

When I first started to drink tea I added sugar and sometimes milk or cream, but then I learned that sugar and cream turned the healthy tea into something not so healthy. I switched to agave nectar, and then when I tried the Bengal Spice and Cinnamon Apple Spice, I discovered I didn’t need a sweetener at all.

I now enjoy the natural flavors in every cup of Celestial Seasonings tea without any milk, sugar, or other sweetener.

Celestial Seasonings carry a wide variety of Herbal, Green, Black and White Teas, African and Rooibos teas, Teas for Wellness, Cool Brew Iced Teas, Chai, Latin Flavors and Special Occasion Teas.

These teas can be purchased in any grocery store, or online if your local grocer doesn't carry the flavor which you are looking for.
