Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor

The Hamilton Beach Big Mouth Juice Extractor is an excellent juicer for any kitchen. I bought one the other day and I believe it is the best thing I ever bought.

The juicer comes with an extra wide feed chute, food pusher, stainless steel micro mesh strainer basket, juice cup, cleaning brush, recipes and more.

Not only can you juice your daily fruits and vegetables, but you can also make your own rice, soy, almond or other nut milk. It's an essential juicer for the raw foodist or those who cannot drink dairy.

To make the milk simply soak the nuts or rice in water for about 24-48 hours in your fridge before extracting the liquid. Add your choice of flavoring such as agave nectar, honey, vanilla or cinnamon.

To make the juice simply wash your fruits and vegetables and put them through the juicer. Fruits with thick skins like oranges, bananas or mangoes should be peeled, and all fruits with large seeds like oranges, apricots or cherries should be pitted before juicing.

The pulp can be used when baking, cooking, or eaten as is, and should be eaten or used the same day it was juiced. The pulp can also be used in garden composts.

This Juicer is quick and easy to use—even cleanup is easy! It should be cleaned immediately after each use to prevent food from sticking to it. To clean the strainer basket simply hold the basket under clean running water and use the brush to brush away the pulp.
